KHM Travel Group will submit all agents’ names to the hotel for reservations to ensure you are part of the group rate. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Cleveland International Airport and local shuttle service within a 5-mile radius, upon availability. Please Note: You will receive confirmation for your hotel the week before you arrive for Boot Camp.

Offering complimentary shuttle service to and from the Cleveland Airport, the hotel is additionally equipped to meet all your travel needs. Refunds will be made for cancellations greater than 14 business days in advance of the live training start date, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Agents can choose to have the funds be applied to their KHM Travel Group account or can choose to have a refund made back to the original form of payment for monies due.

Agents can choose to reschedule their Boot Camp to a future date. Agent will be responsible for any additional fees incurred if there is a price change in the programs for their new date.

For cancellations within 14 business days’ prior the live training, no refunds will be made on payments received.
